A peaceful getaway

Really loved this place! The lake view was stunning and made for a chill ambiance. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was fab. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. One thing, though, the phone jacked in the bathroom felt kinda random and old-school.

The lake view room was amazing, and I loved relaxing by the large outdoor fire pit after a busy day exploring. Definitely enjoyed the serene atmosphere and the easy access to nearby shopping and dining options. A must-try is the Braised beef short rib from the hotel restaurant. it was delicious!

Our family had a lovely time enjoying the clean double room with comfy beds and the warm swimming pool that felt like a relaxing escape. The outdoor jacuzzi was a nice spot to unwind after a day of fun. Just a heads up, the nearby restaurants were kind of limited, so plan accordingly! 😊

The resort has a charming decor reminiscent of Italy and offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the Las Vegas strip. While some amenities were lacking and the pool closed early, the friendly staff and relaxing ambiance made my stay enjoyable overall.

The lake view from our room was fine! We enjoyed easy access to the beautiful grounds and even treated ourselves to dinner at a cozy spot nearby. Exploring the Reflection Bay Golf Club with the family was a nice experience, especially with my toddler in tow.

My children wanted a more kid-friendly pool area. It would be great if they could have a larger kids' pool for families.

Had to trek a significant distance to reach my assigned room, only to deal with malfunctioning keys multiple times, which added unnecessary hassle. The pool's unavailability during the season and the limited hours for some amenities felt a bit off, especially for a resort seeking to provide relaxation. The gym seems outdated, with many machines in disrepair, which might not bode well for those looking to stay active.

The view from the King Suite was stunning, and the convenience of nearby shops and dining options enhanced the experience. However, many activities such as boat rides and golf were fully booked, so planning ahead is crucial. Service was lacking, with delays in check-in and maintenance issues evident throughout the property. Additionally, the layout of the hotel made it a bit confusing to navigate.

Waking up in my King Room with Lake View was pure magic! The fine views of the tranquil lake and surrounding mountains made my heart sing. Plus, I had the best time relaxing at the spa. The full body massage was everything I needed!
